Growing up, I worked hard inside the gym to become a better athlete. In 2015, I finally had the chance to become a professional soccer player by going on a trial with a Hong Kong professional team, I-Sly Yuen Long Football Club. One day, as we were doing agility drills, the fitness coach pulled me aside and told me: “Andy, instead of changing directions smoothly, why do you stick your arms out and turn like a robot?”. Turns out, all my years of training had made me stiffer, not better.

I am here to ensure that you don’t make the same mistakes. You deserve a training plan that makes you stronger and supple, not bulky and rigid.
