Doing sit ups does not target the abdominal muscles that help produce rotational force for a powerful forehand and backhand. Slow and heavy movements at the gym will not give you a thunderous serve.

You will receive a customized strength and conditioning plan according to your needs and level. You must log your workouts, and will receive feedback from the Human Performance team.

Athletic Performance Groups

The emphasis of these groups are to teach fundamentals of strength and conditioning. Workouts are conducted in a group format to create rapport and encourage friendly competition.

Tennis Specific Assessments

You need to know what to work on before working on something. The Human Performance team can come to your tennis court to conduct power, movement, speed, and endurance assessments for your group.
